Most of my photography is studio based at M10 Studio, located in Indianapolis. A typical challenge on a shoot date is some people have never been to the Circle City Industrial Complex, the building where my studio is located. Once parked the next question is where to go to find the studio.
The issue is the CCIC is huge and mapping services take you to the end of the building but the studio is located in the middle. So, here’s a description & pictorial guide to find M10 Studio. The address is:
M10 Studio, Circle City Industrial Complex, Studio C-7, 1125 Brookside Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46202
M10 Studio is located in downtown Indianapolis less than ¼ of a mile from the east end of Massachusetts Avenue (Mass Ave). Most people come east from either Mass Ave or 10th Street. Either road goes under the Hwy 65 overpass. Once through the overpass turn left at the 2nd light (the first one will be immediately past the overpass. The second light is Brookside Avenue. By now you will have seen the CCIC (a big light blue building) on your left. Turn left onto Brookside Avenue and follow Brookside around the curve. Do NOT park in the first parking lot on your left. You will be about ½ a building away from the studio. Follow around the curve until you see the LARGE parking lot on your right. Turn right into the parking lot at the main entrance to the lot. There is no gate and parking is free.
Once you park your car walk directly across Brookside and look for the glass door. The correct door has a LARGE round red & silver “gear” sign to the immediate right of the door. The sign says “CCIC Indy-Made”. There is a large silver mailbox to the left of the door. After entering the building walk through the second glass door. Do NOT go upstairs or you’ll get lost. Once in the 2nd door just walk back, turn right, walk to the Coke machine and then turn immediately left. The entrance to M10 Studio is there.
And here are some photos. See you soon!
