Sometimes it's nice to do something different photographically. I enjoy portrait and street photography, but recently most of my time has been spent in studio. Last night I had a good time doing more of the latter. I went out with the Indianapolis based Photo Venture Camera Club to a local suburb, Fountain Square.
Instead of bringing my DSLR, I brought a film rangefinder, my Yashica GSN. It was fun. I just walked around the streets and alleys clicking away at everything. The nice thing, no chimping. It will be interesting to see what comes out.
Nice to spend a few hours shooting something different.
